Google Groups lets you create public and private communities, and then send emails to the group, start discussions, and conduct Q&A sessions with them. All you need to use it is a Google account.Google Groups allows you to create four basic types of groups. First is an email list, which is basically an easier way to email large groups of people all at once: Instead of typing in each email address separately, you'll just need to type, for example, fungroup@zapier.com, and everyone in the group will get the email. Second, a web forum allows members to post discussions to a group and receive email alerts for discussion posts. Third is a Q&A group, which is similar to a web forum, but with more features, like the ability to mark questions as resolved and have answers be rated by users. Finally, there's the collaborative inbox, where you can assign tasks to different members of the group.
